The hat can only be repaired using copies of itself. The suit can be repaired with other copies of itself as well as various wasteland outfits. Both the outfit and the hat increase Barter by 5 wearing both increase it by 10. The outfit provides a Damage Resistance of 2 and the hat provides one of 1. The left arm is strapped with watches and goggles hang around the neck. The outfit is a heavy brown cargo jacket with many pockets.
